2. WR Mike Evans, Buccaneers (vs. New Orleans Saints)

Though Mike Evans has had some down weeks (3/24 in Week 1, 2/27 in Week 6),  he’s still ranked as the WR7 in total PPR points. His three-touchdown performance last week against Chicago certainly helped get him there. Evans should be in for another big week against the 24th ranked Saints’ pass defense.

The Saints have had trouble all year containing the pass, allowing 275 yards per game. They’re 21st in fantasy points allowed to receivers as well, so players playing New Orleans have had successful weeks, and I don’t see Evans being an exception. He’s secured five catches in all but two game so far, so his floor has stabilized as one of Tom Brady’s go-to guys.

The return of Antonio Brown and Gronk eventually may hurt Evans’ fantasy stock, but he’s too good to disappear out of the offense. This week though, he’s a locked-in WR2, assuming Brady isn’t upset with him for giving away his 600th career touchdown ball. (He did get it back though!)
