4. Jared Cook, Los Angeles Chargers

Rostered: 55.9%

Jared Cook has become a weekly fixture on this list. He has a solid role for the Chargers. He is tenth among tight ends in targets. He has an extensive history of TE1 production. He was a top-ten fantasy tight end in 2018 and 2019. Yet, his rostered percentage never rises too high.

Prior to the Chargers’ bye week, Cook scored a touchdown in two out of his past three games. Hopefully, he can continue to build momentum this Sunday against the Patriots.

3. C.J. Uzomah, Cincinnati Bengals

Rostered: 19.6%

C.J. Uzomah has recorded five receiving touchdowns over his past four games.

His matchup against the Jets, this Sunday, further raises his ceiling. The Jets are giving up the eight-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.

Uzomah is a risky option, though. He does not receive a lot of targets in Cincinnati’s passing game. Uzomah has been targeted three times in each of his last two games. In the game before that, he was targeted only twice.

Nevertheless, his recent performances are impossible to ignore. There is definitely upside here.
