10 QB sleepers to target for fantasy football 2021 Week 9

2. Derek Carr at New York Giants
The Las Vegas Raiders are coming off their bye week, as they head to New Jersey to take on the New York Giants in Week 9. The Giants are going into this game on a short week, as they played on Monday night, and the Raiders are playing at a high level since the resignation of Jon Gruden.
Derek Carr is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL this season, and in Week 9, he could go into MetLife Stadium and torch the Giants. He has a ton of weapons even without Henry Ruggs III to attack with in the passing game, and another 300-plus yard effort could be in the cards for Carr on Sunday.
1. Mac Jones at Carolina
The New England Patriots picked up a huge win this past weekend, as they went to LaLa Land and beat the Los Angeles Chargers, 27-24. That was a monster victory for this franchise, as well as rookie quarterback Mac Jones, who did not set the world on fire but was efficient in the win.
This weekend, Jones and the Patriots will take on the Carolina Panthers, and I believe they will continue to move in the right direction. Jones is going to get his opportunities to take some shots against this Panthers defense and could be in for his best game as a pro in Week 9.
