6. Logan Thomas, Washington Football Team

Rostered: 50.6%

Logan Thomas has been out since Week 4 with a hamstring injury. Thomas is now eligible to be activated off the IR, but it has not happened, yet.

When he is active, Thomas is a reliable TE1. Last season, he was fourth among tight ends in fantasy points.

We should get an update on his status sometime on Friday. If Thomas plays, he should be started in most leagues. If he does not play, there is another valuable option:

5. Ricky Seals-Jones, Washington Football Team

Rostered: 17.6%

With Thomas out, Ricky Seals-Jones has played a large role in Washington’s passing game. He has been targeted 26 times over the last four games.

From Week 5 to Week 8, he was a top-ten fantasy tight end.

If Thomas is out, Seals-Jones is a great streaming option, as he should resume his current role in Washington’s offense.

Whoever suits up as Washington’s top tight end this Sunday will have a good matchup against the Buccaneers, who are allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season.

Thomas’s status should be monitored by fantasy owners this weekend.
