10 TE sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 10
By Jakob Ashlin
2. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers
Rostered: 39.2%
Last week, Pat Freiermuth had his best game of the season with five receptions for 43 yards and two touchdowns. Freiermuth has continued to see a larger role in Pittsburgh’s offense, since Week 6.
He has 20 targets over his last three games, and he is averaging 16.2 fantasy points per game during that span. In addition, he actually was tied with Diontae Johnson for the team-lead in targets last Monday.
The rookie’s breakout is here to stay, and he should be rostered in most leagues.
1. Dan Arnold, Jacksonville Jaguars
Rostered: 20.5%
Since being acquired by the Jaguars, Dan Arnold has established himself as one of Trevor Lawrence’s favorite targets. In fact, Arnold has led the Jaguars in both targets and receptions, since his arrival:
As a result, Arnold is third among tight ends in fantasy points over the past two weeks, and he has not even scored a touchdown, yet.
Arnold’s immense target share has launched him into the TE1 conversation. He has a favorable matchup against the Colts, who have allowed 55 receptions to tight ends this season (second-most in the NFL), this Sunday. He is a must-start in all leagues.
