20. Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns

After being 24th last week, Louisiana is going to move up by virtue of plenty of teams in front falling. The Ragin’ Cajuns came out of Troy with a 35-21 win after 14 points in the third quarter set the win in motion.

Louisiana is 7-0 in conference. A non-conference battle with Liberty is next. Then the Ragin’ Cajuns wind down the year with Louisana Monroe. An undefeated season within the conference is going to be something nice to hang the season on.

19. Iowa Hawkeyes

Iowa came up with an important home win over Minnesota. With the win, Iowa’s hopes of winning the Big Ten West are still alive. Albeit the Hawkeyes are going to need some major help in the way of Wisconsin slipping up, but the Hawkeyes should end the regular season with 10 wins.

What’s left for Iowa is Illinois at home and Nebraska on the road. The Cornhuskers could prove to be difficult, but being able to finish the season with double-digit wins is a good resume booster for a good bowl game.
