10. Reggie White

Very rarely is a player closely associated with the history of two franchises, but Reggie White lives fondly in the hearts of both the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers. The Minister of Defense was the heart and soul of the Eagles in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. He had 124 sacks in 121 games in Philadelphia as part of one of the greatest defensive lines in NFL history alongside Jerome Brown and Mike Golic. White also pulled off a near impossible feat by recording 20 sacks in just 12 games.

In 1993, White left Philadelphia for Green Bay, where he spent six seasons with the Packers. In that span, White became Green Bay’s all-time sacks leader, won his second Defensive Player of the Year, and helped lead the Packers to a Super Bowl XXXI win over the New England Patriots.

White was a 13-time All-Pro selection, made it to 13 Pro Bowls, and is a member of both the 1980s and 1990s All-Decade teams. While he is one of the greatest defensive players of all time, he is also one of the most beloved players in the history of any sport. That legacy lives on a lot longer than anything done on a football field.
