Bold Prediction #4: C. J. Uzomah will be the top tight end

The Cincinnati Bengals offense has been a mystery over the past few weeks. Joe Burrow hasn’t been perfect, and the team lost two games ago to the New York Jets, then Burrow had an absolutely brutal game against the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals have had two weeks to sit on those two losses.

This week, the Cincinnati Bengals are taking on the reeling Las Vegas Raiders. It seems like the completely terrible season on top of the history of falling apart in the second half is catching up to the Raiders. Things are not going well, and it’s going to be hard to stop this snowball from turning into an avalanche.

The Raiders are especially bad against the tight end as of late. Overall, the Raiders are the second-worst team against the tight end in fantasy. Only the Eagles allow more fantasy points to the tight end position. That is going to lead to a huge day for Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah.

Uzomah has two games with more than 24 points in PPR, but he also has one other game with more than 10 points. He is very, very inconsistent, and he’s the most boom or bust player in the league. This is a week where he will drop the boom on the Raiders.
