20. Pittsburgh Panthers

Two of the most prolific passers in the country, Pitt’s Kenny Pickett and Virginia’s Brennan Armstrong, squared off on Saturday and the results didn’t disappoint. They combined for over 800 yards passing and seven passing scores but it was the Panthers that secured the win and punched their ticket to the ACC Championship Game.

Unfortunately, the two losses on the year for Pitt likely ended any chance that this team could make it into the College Football Playoff but the fact that Pickett has spearheaded this season for the program has been immensely fun to watch and all involved deserve to be commended for their efforts, even if they aren’t done quite yet.

19. Wisconsin Badgers

Nebraska gave the Badgers quite literally all they could handle on Saturday but, thanks to a monster day from freshman running back Braelon Allen, who totaled 228 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries in the narrow 35-28 win, Wisconsin stayed in control of the Big Ten West heading into the final weekend of the regular season.

What should be a tad troubling for Wisconsin, though, is that their defense has been so dominant all year and a relatively lackluster Cornhuskers offense found plenty of success against them on Saturday. If they want to cause chaos in the Big Ten Championship, that’s something that Paul Chryst has to shore up.
