8-3. Previous: . Tennessee Titans. 3. team. 35.

Even minus stud running back Derrick Henry, the first-place Titans had managed to stretch their winning streak to six games. They took that into Sunday’s clash with the woeful Houston Texans, losers of their previous eight games.

So of course, Mike Vrabel’s team played a less-than-inspiring games in which the club turned over the ball five times – four of those interceptions by quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Tennessee outgained the Texans, 420-190.

Previous: . Green Bay Packers. 2. team. 49. . 8-3

It was one of the better shootouts of the season and the NFC North leaders were on the short end of the scoreboard by game’s end at Minnesota. Matt LaFleur’s team was down 16-3 in the second quarter but Aaron Rodgers would rally his team to take a one-point lead with 7:49 to play.

But it became a case of which team would have the ball last and it wasn’t Green Bay. Rodgers threw for 385 yards and four touchdowns in the losing effort.

For the third consecutive game, Kliff Kingsbury’s club would be without quarterback Kyler Murray and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. At Seattle, the NFC West leaders owned a 13-6 halftime lead and held the Seahawks to a pair of field goals.

By game’s end, the Arizona defense limited the ‘Hawks to just 266 total yards and sacked Russell Wilson four times. The Cardinals’ nine victories are one more than they managed during all of 2020.
