Urban Meyer’s team nearly pulled off a big comeback win at Indianapolis last Sunday and was back home to take on the 49ers. But the Jaguars’ offense and rookie signal-caller Trevor Lawrence had a rough afternoon. He threw for only 158 yards, zero scores and was sacked three times.

Urban Meyer’s club turned over the ball twice and the Jacksonville defense surrendered 333 total yards – including 171 yards on the ground – in the 20-point setback.

Chicago Bears. 27. team. 57. . 3-7. Previous:

The Bears had an extra week to prepare for the visiting Ravens. Both clubs struggled to move the ball and Matt Nagy’s team would watch rookie quarterback Justin Field leave the game with injured ribs (via ESPN’s Jeff Dickerson).

Enter Andy Dalton and he would throw 60- and 49-yard touchdown passes, respectively, to Darnell Mooney and Marquise Goodwin. But Chicago’s defense, which finished the day with six sacks, couldn’t close the deal with less than two minutes to play.

31. . 3-6. Previous: . New York Giants. 26. team

Big Blue was off a week ago, meaning they had a little more extra time to prepare for their Monday night clash with the defending Super Bowl champion Buccaneers. The Giants have had their moments this season and as of late, coordinator Patrick Graham’s unit has started to get its act together after a very disappointing start.

Daniel Jones has done a better job of taking care of the football this season but the offense misses Saquon Barkley.

. 3-7. Previous: . Seattle Seahawks. 25. team. 36

It’s already been a long year for a Seahawks’ team that won the NFC West with a 12-4 record a year ago. Pete Carroll’s struggling squad hosted the division-rival Cardinals hoping to get back on track.

But the reigning division champions lost for the seventh time in 10 games as Russell Wilson and company managed only 13 points and 266 total yards. The veteran signal-caller was sacked four times and Seattle managed only 86 yards on the ground.
