6. Boston Scott – Philadelphia Eagles

There’s a reason that Boston Scott is considered a “Giants killer”. Two years ago, Scott had 59 rushing yards, 69 receiving yards, and a touchdown, the first one of his career, all in one game. Later that season, Scott had a three-touchdown game against the Giants. Last season, in the Eagles’ first game against the Giants, Scott made an acrobatic catch for his first receiving touchdown of the year. Later that year, he had just three carries against the Giants, but one was a 56-yard scamper for a touchdown.

Scott has touchdowns in every game against the Giants so far. Miles Sanders might be back, but that hasn’t stopped him from scoring against the Giants in the past. He’s going to have plenty of opportunities to make the Giants, which are basically in the tank, pay for their transgression of facing the Eagles with a healthy Boston Scott.

5. Saquon Barkley – New York Giants

Saquon Barkley did not have a great return to the field, but he was facing the top rushing defense in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles are not the defending champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Eagles allow 26 fantasy points per game to the running back position. Running backs have scored nine touchdowns on the ground against Philly.

Barkley has another week of health under his belt. Everyone is talking about what the New York Giants do next with everyone. Jason Garrett is no longer in the fold, and Freddie Kitchens is going to be calling the plays. He will likely be conservative in his play-calling, and that will mean a heavy dose of Saquon Barkley.
