10 WR sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 12
2. Odell Beckham Jr., Los Angeles Rams
Odell Beckham Jr. will likely come out of the Rams’ bye week playing a huge role in the offense. Without Robert Woods, Beckham Jr. will serve as the number two receiver in a pass-heavy offense. If he can play at least close to the OBJ of old, he will become a solid fantasy starter.
For now, he’s a sleeper because of just how unproven he is in this new system. He’s still a super high upside play this week, but his floor may be near nonexistent until we see how he is utilized. Consider OBJ a WR2 with upside this week.
1. Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
Fresh off of a four-year, $61 million contract extension, Courtland Sutton faces the Los Angeles Chargers, who allow the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers on the year. With a few bad games in the rear-view mirror, he’s just a few weeks away from having 11 and 14 targets in back-to-back games.
This week, Sutton will be a solid WR2 in PPR leagues with upside for more depending on the game flow of this crucial divisional matchup against the Chargers. Start Sutton with confidence, as he has a solid floor with top-15 upside.
