24. Julio Jones

If the Falcons held on to beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl, we would be talking about Julio Jones’ sideline catch as one of the greatest plays in NFL history. That game sums up Jones’ career in Atlanta pretty well, actually- he did so much, but it still wasn’t enough.

Regardless of Atlanta’s shortcomings, Jones has been consistently great. He made his first Pro Bowl in 2012, catching 79 passes for just under 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was injured for most of 2013, but rebounded with his second Pro Bowl selection in 2014 with 104 receptions and over 1,500 yards.

Jones’ 2015 season was one of the best for a receiver in history. He caught 136 passes for 1,871 yards and eight touchdowns, earning All-Pro honors for the first time. He missed two games in 2016, but still did enough to earn his second straight All-Pro selection.

Jones was traded to the Titans ahead of the 2021 season. Injuries have once again plagued him, but when Tennessee is completely healthy, their offensive balance is as good as any team in the league. At age 32, the clock is ticking on Jones winning a Super Bowl. We’ll find out if he can do it with the Titans.
