1. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts (vs. HOU)

If you’ve been watching the NFL, you’re aware that Jonathan Taylor has become the top running back in football, both in real life and in fantasy football. He’s the overall RB1 in fantasy points, and things are only going to get better this week when Taylor and the Colts take on the Houston Texans, who are an all-around bad football team.

Taylor is averaging 100.4 rushing yards per game, which is second behind Derrick Henry. He should take him over though as Henry is out for the year. Taylor’s 14 rushing touchdowns are the most in the NFL. Another crazy stat is that Taylor has scored the most fantasy points out of any position this year, quarterbacks and wide receivers included.

The Colts take on the Houston Texans this week who allow the sixth-most fantasy points to running backs this season, and allow the second-most rushing yards per game at 135.6. This is all great news for Taylor owners, as he projects as the number one running back this week in a game where the Colts should be leading throughout.
