Bold Prediction #1: Elijah Mitchell scores at least twice

Elijah Mitchell has been getting better and better every week. As long as Mitchell is in the lineup, the San Francisco 49ers have a very good running game. This past week was the best of the year. He ran for 133 yards, caught five passes for 35 yards, and he scored a touchdown. That accounted for more than 20 points in all types of scoring systems.

This week, the 49ers are looking to put the final nail into the coffin of the Seattle Seahawks run with Russell Wilson. The Seahawks are coming off a short week after losing to the Washington Football Team, and they are already terrible against running backs. They 31 points per game to the running back position in fantasy. Only the New York Jets allow more points.

The Seahawks have allowed nine rushing touchdowns on the ground. Mitchell was injured for his last game against Seattle, but fellow rookie Trey Sermon had his best game of the season against the Hawks. Mitchell will be able to have an even better game this weekend.

The 49ers are looking to keep themselves in the playoff hunt, and the Seahawks don’t have the weapons on defense to stop the run game. Mitchell will have himself a game, and he will score two touchdowns for the first time in his career.
