1. Las Vegas Raiders start a winning streak, beat the Washington Football Team

It has to start somewhere. Though the Kansas City Chiefs are the Week 14 opponent, the best thing the Raiders can do is prove the Dallas victory was no fluke. Again, that might be hard to do with the Cowboys not playing well in recent weeks. However, winning is never easy in this league and getting a big Week 13 W over the team that rocks one as its logo is always a good thing.

With a combination of a balanced rushing attack, big third-down throws and a few timely picks, the Raiders will do just enough to hand Washington a big, fat L. It may not be the prettiest victory of the season for the Raiders, but they have shown throughout the campaign they know how to win a close game. The Raiders are not winning by more than two scores, but they are winning.

From here, there will be murmurs about the Raiders being a potential playoff team. They will be 7-5 entering Week 14. While there is still plenty of football left to be played out, the Raiders being in the postseason mix at this point of the season is simply remarkable. They saw their coach resign in scandal and their former No. 1 overall pick end his career with one terrible decision. Here we are.

If the Raiders can win on Sunday, it will give them enough confidence to challenge Kansas City.
