8. James O’Shaughnessy, Jacksonville Jaguars

Rostered: 0.2 percent

Dan Arnold suffered a sprained MCL last Sunday against the Falcons, and he has been placed on the IR.

Arnold established himself as one of Trevor Lawrence’s favorite targets in recent weeks. Prior to last Sunday, Arnold was targeted 25 times across the past three games.

With Arnold out, James O’Shaughnessy will be the top tight end in Jacksonville. O’Shaughnessy had been on the IR, since Week 2, before returning last week. In the Jaguars’ Week 1 matchup against the Texans, he had six receptions for 48 yards.

After Arnold exited last Sunday’s game, O’Shaugnessy played an increased role; he had three receptions for 29 yards on five targets.

O’Shaugnessy should receive a good amount of targets this Sunday against the Rams. He should be a great sleeper option for the next few weeks.

7. Foster Moreau, Las Vegas Raiders

Rostered: 12.4 percent

Darren Waller is currently listed as doubtful for the Raiders’ matchup this Sunday against the Washington Football Team. If Waller does not play, Foster Moreau will be an intriguing streaming option.

Waller is the third-most targeted tight end in the NFL this season, and the Raiders are thin at the wide receiver position. So, Moreau should certainly play an increased role on Sunday.
