2. Van Jefferson, Los Angeles Rams

Van Jefferson has had six or more targets in his last six games, and he’s scored in two straight. He’s become a legitimate weapon in the Rams offense, and he’s kept his role even with the addition of Odell Beckham Jr.

Jefferson and the Rams get the Cardinals in what will be a highly-competitive game, and he should see plenty of action as a low-end PPR WR2.

1. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals

Tee Higgins is coming off of two monster games, going 6-114 and 9-138 in his last two games. He’s re-emerged as one of Joe Burrow’s go-to weapons, and things won’t slow down this week against San Francisco, who do have a good secondary, but Higgins has become matchup-proof.

Higgins is a WR2 this week and he has top-15 upside as Burrow’s top target, especially if he catches a touchdown.
