1. NFL teams on upset alert in Week 15 – Tennessee Titans

The Titans entered Week 14 in an injury-fueled slump but it turns out a visit from the dysfunctional Jacksonville Jaguars is exactly what the doctor ordered. The end result was a 20-0 victory for Tennessee, which welcomed Julio Jones back from injured reserve but still are without A.J. Brown and Derrick Henry for another few weeks.

The Titans haven’t played a particularly inspiring brand of football since Henry went down and scoring only 20 points against a bad Jaguars’ team is concerning. The good news for Tennessee is that the AFC South shouldn’t be an issue given their head-to-head sweep of the Indianapolis Colts, but that doesn’t mean this week’s game against Pittsburgh is going to be easy.

FanDuel has set the Titans as 1.5-point road favorites against the Steelers, who have had extra time to prepare following their Thursday night loss against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 14. Pittsburgh buried itself into a 29-0 hole in that game and staged a tremendous rally to nearly force overtime as the potential tying touchdown pass from Ben Roethlisberger to Pat Freiermuth was broken up in the end zone.

Tennessee will need to put forth a much better effort against a rugged Steelers’ defense that can cause major problems for the Titans’ injury-riddled offense. This game also means a lot more for the Steelers, who are in last place in the AFC North and need to win to keep their playoff hopes alive, making this a very dangerous game for the Titans to try and win.
