Pick Analysis. Taj Harris. 827. Scouting Report. WR. Syracuse Orange. 8. player

Taj Harris decommitting from Kentucky to play for a rival is very possible

Wide receiver Taj Harris had initially planned to play for Mark Stoops’ Kentucky Wildcats after leaving Dino Babers’ Syracuse Orange program. However, Harris is no longer enrolling in Lexington this spring. Of the handful of schools he is considering, one to keep an eye on is cross-divisional rival Mississippi State. A wide receiver would get a ton of looks playing in Mike Leach’s Air Raid.

Prediction: Mississippi State

Maryland Terrapins. Branden Jennings. 7. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. LB. 824

Branden Jennings will probably leave Maryland to go play closer to home

Prior to committing to Maryland, linebacker Branden Jennings had been committed to Michigan, and Florida State before that. The Jacksonville native will have plenty of options now that he is in the transfer portal. With an opportunity to get some playing time closer to home, Jennings may reconsider the Seminoles and go play for Mike Norvell’s Florida State team down in Tallahassee.

Prediction: Florida State

CB. Alabama Crimson Tide. 829. Pick Analysis. Marcus Banks. 6. player. Scouting Report

Marcus Banks could leave Nick Saban to go play for one of his many proteges

Leaving the Alabama Crimson Tide in the midst of a national title run is a bit odd, but that is what is going on for cornerback Marcus Banks. Though he could have interest in returning to one of the bigger schools in his native Texas, it seems as though one of Nick Saban’s proteges in Mario Cristobal is very keen on bringing the talented defensive back to play for his Miami Hurricanes.

Prediction: Miami

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. IOL. Virginia Cavaliers. player. Victor Oluwatimi. 5. 888

Victor Oluwatimi could be a big get along the offensive line for this Big Ten team

With Bronco Mendenhall abruptly resigning from his post at Virginia, it allowed a promising interior offensive lineman in Victor Oluwatimi to enter the transfer portal. Though the Hyattsville, Maryland native could stay in the DMV, he is trending towards potentially going to another Big Ten East school besides Maryland. Jim Harbaugh is going to love having this guy star in the trenches.

Prediction: Michigan
