It was not only a third straight divisional game for Ron Rivera’s club but an opportunity to avenge a 27-20 loss to Dallas two weeks ago. But that was never in the cards as the Football Team trailed 42-7 at halftime and had already given up 389 total yards.

Rivera’s team was bested in all three phases of the game. It was a third straight loss for Washington, which saw the rival Cowboys wrap up the NFC East even before this game took place.

Previous: . Baltimore Ravens. 20. team. 26. . 8-7

Only the Seahawks had allowed more passing yards in the league than John Harbaugh’s club entering Week 16. And defensive coordinator Don Martindale had no answers for Joe Burrow and the Bengals’ attack. The Ravens gave up a disturbing 575 total yards as quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 525 yards and four scores. Baltimore ran for only 39 yards while new starting quarterback Josh Johnson threw for 304 yards and two TDs with one pick.

19. team. 53. . 7-8. Previous: . Cleveland Browns

The slumping Browns made their way to Lambeau Field for a Christmas tilt with the talented Packers. Cleveland got off to a quick 6-0 after a five-play, 75-yard drive (but missed the PAT).

Cleveland’s defense had no answers for Aaron Rodgers, who threw three TD passes and wasn’t sacked. It was a long day for Baker Mayfield, who was sacked five times and threw four interceptions. Nick Chubb finished with 126 of the team’s 219 rushing yards.
