Pick Analysis. Buffalo Bills. Brian Daboll. 16. Scouting Report. Offensive Coordinator. 2. player

Brian Daboll would be a candidate for many jobs, including with the rival Bears

As with Bieniemy, Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has been in the mix to lead his own team for a few years now. Though he did not get a job last year, one would think he would get one if anywhere between six-to-eight gigs open up. Daboll will have suitors from the likes of the Denver Broncos, the Jacksonville Jaguars and even the Vikings if that job does become available.

The tricky part with Daboll going to the Vikings is he will have presumably another opportunity to lead a team within the NFC North. Yes, he would be among the favorites to replace Matt Nagy as the head coach of the Chicago Bears. While Chicago might be the job Daboll is favored to go to, do the Vikings want Justin Fields to get an elite offensive mind to lead their rival team in the division?

Daboll has been instrumental in Josh Allen’s development in Orchard Park. He stems from the Bill Belichick/Nick Saban tree, but he is not going to be a carbon copy of the many fruitless branches that tree has produced. While Daboll might be more inclined to partner up with Fields or Trevor Lawrence down in Jacksonville, he could win a ton of games with Cousins at starting quarterback.

It would be awfully hard to pass up the weapons Daboll could inherit if he were to take over the reins in the Twin Cities.
