3. The Packers defense won’t get a single interception

With all due respect to the Packers’ secondary, they were fortunate to log four interceptions last week. Mayfield made some truly awful throws that simply gifted the Packers free possessions on Christmas Day.

Cousins isn’t going to do the same this week. Minnesota will place a premium on winning the turnover battle against Green Bay. That might prevent Cousins from pushing the ball down the field quite as often as he’d like, but it will stop the Packers from notching a single interception.

That lack of picks will place a ton of pressure on Green Bay’s front-seven to dominate play up front. Stopping the run will be a particular point of emphasis after being gashed by Cleveland’s run game last week.

Tackles for loss, sacks and a fumble recovery or two will be required for Green Bay to keep the Vikings’ offense from running up and down the field. The unit won’t be bailed out by interceptions for a second week in a row.
