The Bears need to give all football decisions to Louis Riddick

Louis Riddick is currently an analyst for Monday Night Football and contributor on ESPN. He played in the NFL as a defensive back for six years with stops in Cleveland, Atlanta, and Oakland. His analysis and knowledge for the game of football is unmatched and undoubtedly run by passion and love for the game. He has been very open about wanting to be considered for a front office role within the league, and Chicago would provide him with a great opportunity.

What do the Bears have to offer? Plenty. Justin Fields will be a second-year quarterback on the cusp of becoming a young star. Even with the offensive struggles presented by Nagy’s migraine-inducing system, the defense consistently kept the team in games (when it wanted to). All this team needs is a leader and a guy to say “I’m going to give you the pieces, the tools, and the blueprints. You go make it happen.” There is no doubt Riddick can be the guy to do that.

To recap: Phillips to business side (or terminated), bring in Riddick for football operations and general manager. Now, who’s the leader of men?
