2022 NFL Mock Draft: Draft order set for first 18 picks

Picks No. 31 and 32

35. . Offensive Tackle. Tennessee Titans. Trevor Penning. 31. player

Despite losing Derrick Henry early in the season, the Tennessee Titans still proved to be one of the best teams in the AFC without him, locking up the No. 1 seed overall. Head coach Mike Vrabel was masterful this season, and with Henry likely coming back for the playoffs, the Titans are going to be a hard out in these playoffs.

In April, Vrabel and his staff need to look to the offensive line in terms of their first-round pick, and they take a small-school guy in Trevor Penning here at No. 31 overall. Penning is as dominant as they come in this draft class, and with a strong draft cycle, could be gone much earlier than the second-to-last pick in the first round.

player. 49. . Wide Receiver. Green Bay Packers. Jahan Dotson. 32

As of now, based on this draft order, the Green Bay Packers would round out the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, which is incredible considering the thoughts surrounding this franchise last offseason, and early in 2021. Aaron Rodgers is once again up for the NFL’s Most Valuable Player award, and after securing the No. 1 seed in the NFC, the conference playoffs go through Green Bay.

Closing out the first round, the Packers finally get Rodgers a first-round wide receiver, selecting Penn State star Jahan Dotson at No. 32 overall. Dotson would be an excellent complement to Packers star Davante Adams, that is if the Packers can get him and Rodgers to return for another shot at a title next season.
