What is the Beijing time difference for the 2022 Winter Olympics
Beijing time is 13 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time in the United States.
So at 12:00 a.m. in New York, it is 1:00 p.m. in Beijing.
It’ll be less than ideal for live viewing of events. For instance, the opening ceremonies will be in the morning in America. Other events will take place late at night.
Still, those interested can tune into NBC’s primetime coverage for delayed viewing of full events and highlights from Beijing.
There will be 109 events in seven sports and across 15 disciplines. The opening ceremonies will be on Feb. 4 to kick things off before the closing ceremonies wrap things up on Feb. 20.
Representatives of the United States will look to add to the tally of 305 medals for the country in Winter Olympics history.
