There’s some mid-week English Premier League action for fans to enjoy, as Chelsea FC and Brighton will meet on Tuesday night. 

Falmer Stadium is going to be rocking on Tuesday night, as Brighton is all set to host Chelsea FC in what should be a fun English Premier League matchup. While Chelsea will be the big-time favorites to record a win, Brighton will be fired up to try and record an upset.

That’ll certainly be difficult, as the Blues are in the middle of a strong year under manager Thomas Tuchel. With Romelu Lakaku also hoping to find his form, it could be an interesting showdown for Chelsea. Which team will end up grabbing the three points?

Chelsea is coming off a tough 1-0 loss to Manchester City over the weekend. With that loss, the Blues are now 13 points off the top of the board. While the title race might be over, Chelsea has to keep pushing and they can’t afford to drop points.

Brighton team news

As for Brighton, the team has surprised some folks, as they’re in ninth place of the table. Last week, Brighton met with Crystal Palace, with the two teams finishing with a 1-1 draw.

Chelsea vs. Bright prediction

While the Brighton fans will hope to make a difference on Chelsea in this one, the Blues won’t let it bring them down. Chelsea’s offensive attack should be able to find the back of the net early on and then close things out in the second half.
