Aaron Rodgers tells Pat McAfee people were rooting against Packers because he’s not vaccinated
If you ask Aaron Rodgers, he thinks people were lining up to hate on the Packers because he never got his COVID vaccine.
Fans remain stunned the Green Bay Packers won’t be in the NFC Championship Game this weekend. Plain and simple, Aaron Rodgers choked against the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round.
Social media didn’t waste a second in trolling Rodgers and the team after the final whistle. If you ask Rodgers, the reason everyone has been so against him and the rest of his teammates is because of his vaccinations tatus.
Aaron Rodgers is clearly annoyed at everyone dogging on him and the Packers
Rodgers really didn’t mince words when he made the comments on The Pat McAfee Show. At the same time, he has made it more than clear that he’s fully aware of what’s being posted on social media, and also what’s being written by the media.
Rodgers has received plenty of criticism since it was announced he would miss the Kansas City Chiefs game after testing positive for COVID. He made everyone believe he was vaccinated in the summer with his ‘immunized’ comment. It was misleading and people have criticized him for it.
Despite that, Rodgers put together another MVP-worthy campaign. The Packers went 13-4 during the regular season and earned the No. 1 seed, plus a bye for the playoffs. Then, everything went wrong against the 49ers.
While Rodgers and the offense struggled, the special teams for Green Bay was a complete and total nightmare, essentially costing them a trip to the NFC Championship Game. The future for Rodgers is up in the air. While no one knows if he’ll play next season, people aren’t going to stop bashing him for his early exit anytime soon.
