In a truly special scene, a huge group of Bengals fans made their way to the airport to show the team some love after the loss to the Rams.

Countless hearts were broken all over Cincinnati on Sunday night, as the Bengals suffered a devastating loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl 56. Cincinnati had a shot to win things late, but Aaron Donald and the Rams had other ideas with things on the line.

Despite not taking home the Lombardi Trophy, that doesn’t take away from the incredible season Joe Burrow and his teammates were able to record. The Cincinnati supporters made it clear they appreciate every single one of the guys on the roster, as they raced to the airport to meet the team on their way back from LA.

If you’re getting emotional watching that, no one is going to blame you. What the Bengals were able to get done in 2021 was simply unreal. No one gave this team a shot at going on a deep postseason run.

Despite that, Cincinnati stunned the Titans in the Divisional Round and then followed that up by taking down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in the AFC title game.

This season has meant so much to the die-hard Bengals supporters out there. They can’t remember that las time a squad made the city feel so vibrant and alive like this. While the loss to the Rams might sting a little bit, Burrow, Joe Mixon, Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and others will surely be motivated to get back to the Super Bowl in the near future and win it all the next time around. The future is quite bright for this team.
