Wisconsin Badgers fans want Juwan Howard fired after the ugly scene in Madison, in which the Michigan coach appeared to throw a punch.

Howard appeared upset that Wisconsin head coach Greg Gard took a timeout with 15 seconds left while holding a double-digit lead. While a few words in the handshake line can be expected, what Howard did goes beyond that.

The Fab Five member and Michigan legend threw what looked like an open-handed slap or punch at a Wisconsin assistant. We’re not sure what was said at this moment, though what can be assured is that Howard will be punished, either by the school or the Big Ten.

Wisconsin Badgers: Fans want Juwan Howard fired

Badgers fans were rightly angry at Howard. While we don’t know what was said, there are very few comments and/or insults that warrant such an emotional response. Assuming that isn’t what was said, then Howard will get the book thrown at him by the Big Ten.
