1. Top landing spots for J.C. Jackson – Arizona Cardinals

This would be an ideal landing spot for Jackson since Arizona is a contending team in desperate need of a top cornerback. The Cardinals rolled out a group of corners last year featuring Robert Alford, Byron Murphy, Marco Wilson and Antonio Hamilton, a far cry from their days of featuring Peterson in his prime.

Having good cornerback play is critical for Arizona since they play in the brutal NFC West, which is the home of stars like Cooper Kupp, D.K. Metcalf and Deebo Samuel. The current group of cornerbacks is not good enough for Arizona, which needs a guy like Jackson to try and shut down the division’s elite receivers.

Cap space is a slight concern for the Cardinals since they enter the offseason a bit over the salary cap but they will likely be able to create enough wiggle room to make a serious push for Jackson. Going to Arizona would also be appealing to Jackson since the Cardinals are a bona fide playoff team that he could help push even closer to winning the Super Bowl.

This offseason is a big one for Arizona since Kyler Murray has started to indicate some discontent with the franchise. The Cardinals’ front office will likely feel the pressure to make a big splash to shore up one of their biggest holes so Jackson could easily end up in the desert.
