1. Julio Jones

The Titans just released Julio Jones a year after trading for him from the Falcons.

There’s no question about Jones’ productivity in Atlanta. He was one of the most consistently effective receivers of the last decade. However, his time in Tennessee didn’t yield the results anyone wanted to see. He caught just 31 passes for 431 yards while playing in 10 games.

It may not have ended well with the Titans but there were signs in there that he still has something to give. In his second game with the team, he had 128 yards receiving. Injuries took hold and his production was spotty after that. On the plus side, he came out in the playoff game and had six catches for 62 yards.

Since Jones is 33 years old, Green Bay wouldn’t want to rely on him as a primary receiver. There is value there as another veteran target for Rodgers to rely on.
