2. Bryce Young — and the protective unit

Young is a valuable QB for Alabama but has his own set of issues to address during the spring practices, including working on deep passes and staying solid behind on the front line.

Young is coming off another reigning Heisman Trophy win, so why not form a better unit to protect their gem? Even without Neal, Alabama has two backup five-star talents that should not disappoint. Young would have both JC Latham and Tommy Brockermeyer in the tackle position, which they would both be critical to his style in the pocket and giving him time to make plays.
