UNC Tar Heel players reacted with pure joy after sending Duke and Coach K packing in the Final Four. North Carolina now prepares for Kansas.

In arguably the best game of the NCAA Tournament so far, North Carolina outlasted Duke in the final minutes to send Blue Devils coach Mike Krzyzewski packing for the final time.

Krzyzewski, who is the winningest coach in college basketball history, will ride off into the sunset following a year-long retirement tour. UNC fans loved to see it.

After earning a spot in the National Championship and eternal bragging rights over their arch rival, North Carolina players were on cloud nine. Many quickly took to social media, or reacted in kind on the court.

That, my friends, is the pure, unbridled joy that college athletics provides at its very best. It’s unfortunate for Duke that, this time, they were on the wrong side of it. But rest assured they will climb back up with Jon Scheyer leading the way.
