23. Chicago Bulls (321 total dunks) – Zach LaVine: 62 dunks

Remember when we said that Hami Diallo was the only guard to lead his team in total dunks this season? That’s because Zach LaVine is technically listed as a small forward for this season on Basketball-Reference. He sure seems like a shooting guard, which is the position he is listed at from 2015 to 2019 and also last season. But he was also marked at small forward for the 2019-20 season. And in his rookie season with the T-Wolves? Point guard!

Position semantics aside, it’s hard not to wonder how many more dunks the Bulls would have had this season had Lonzo Ball played more than just 35 games. Before arthroscopic knee surgery, Lonzo was a T-shirt All-Star and a charging Bull in transition, setting up LaVine and Co. on many occasions.
