Cleveland Browns must-win game No. 3: Los Angeles Chargers

Another team that has put together a really solid offseason, the Los Angeles Chargers look ready to finally break their way into the postseason after just missing out in 2021.

The Chargers reloaded their defense to help out an offense that was already in tip-top shape. With Justin Herbert under center, flanked by talented playmakers such as Keenan Allen, Austin Ekeler, and Mike Williams, scoring points isn’t going to be an issue for Los Angeles.

The issue last season was they were allowing way too many on defense, and their two biggest moves of the offseason were geared towards fixing that issue. First, they made a blockbuster trade with the Chicago Bears to land star pass rusher Khalil Mack. They then went out landed the top cornerback on the free agent market in J.C. Jackson.

Assuming both these guys settle into their roles, the Chargers are going to be a tough team to beat. The good news for Cleveland is that they have the firepower on both sides of the ball to go toe-to-toe with any team, including Los Angeles. These two teams produced a thriller when they met up last season, and it should be more of the same in 2022.
