2. Best games on the 2022 NFL Schedule – Green Bay Packers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

It feels like bad luck that two of this generation’s greatest quarterbacks have had precious few meetings against one another. Despite starting in the NFL together since 2008, Rodgers and Brady have squared off just four times due to the fact that the two played in opposite conferences until Brady moved to the NFC in 2020.

The head-to-head edge in the series has gone to Brady, who has gone 3-1 against Rodgers with Green Bay’s lone win coming back in 2014. The Buccaneers topped the Packers twice in 2020, including a road win in the NFC Championship Game that catapulted Tampa Bay on their way to another Super Bowl title.

The rematch of that game didn’t occur last season since Green Bay and Tampa Bay did not finish in the same position in the 2020 standings, where the Buccaneers were a second-place team and drew a game with the Minnesota Vikings while the Packers played the New Orleans Saints instead. Both teams also lost in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, preventing what could have been an epic rematch in the NFC Championship Game at Lambeau Field.

The venue shifts to Raymond James Stadium this time but, barring injury, we are guaranteed to get Brady-Rodgers V. All football fans are hoping that this game delivers on the hype and sets up a potential rematch in the playoffs.
