Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys

The Philadelphia Eagles must beat the Dallas Cowboys in at least one of the two matchups, but ideally, they need to sweep the Cowboys in 2022.

After Dallas won the division in 2021, there is a target on their back, and the Eagles have what it takes to dethrone the Cowboys and win the division.

This matchup is always one of the biggest showdowns for both teams, but it’s time for the Eagles to flex some muscles and beat their division rivals. This six-decade-long rivalry always gives us the best games, and 2022 will be no different.

Jalen Hurts has a 0-2 record against the Cowboys, and the Eagles are on a three-game losing streak versus them right now, but it can all change in 2022. This offense matched with the elevated defense should give the Eagles a solid chance to break that streak.

It’s time for Hurts and the Eagles to reclaim the top of the NFC East division, and to do that — they have to beat Dallas on the road and at home.

This matchup is why Philly’s front seven needed those nasty Georgia Bulldogs to pressure Dallas and force mistakes.

By beating the Cowboys, the division would be in the Eagles’ hands, controlling their own destiny.
