3. Nikola Jovic

Despite the similar name, Nikola Jovic isn’t a back-to-the-back big like Nikola Jokic. At 6-foot-10, he has similar size but he plays much more on the perimeter, using his strong passing as a primary ball-handler. His shooting is still a question mark but he has the kind of broad offensive skill set that could function well in the Warriors’ offense and his size might let him work as a big in some small-ball lineups.

One interesting possibility here is that Jovic is a player who might agree to stay overseas for another season or two. Stashing him in Europe while re-signing Kevan Looney to a short-term contract could represent shrewd business for Golden State.

There are questions about Jovic’s potential to defend at the next level but players with his size and skill are hard to come by. Landing in Golden State would be the perfect place for Jovic to get the most of out his skill set.
