Deebo Samuel trade rumors: 3 teams that still need to kick tires on WR

The Indianapolis Colts need to go for broke and try to win a championship or two
As with the Ravens, the Indianapolis Colts are in somewhat of a similar situation. They have a strong roster in a winnable division, but are now led by an aging, future hall of fame quarterback Matt Ryan. Though Ryan has made it a career of making every receiver and tight end who plays with him better, the 37-year-old signal-caller needs one more great weapon to get over the top.
Enter Samuel. He would fit in perfectly on this Colts offense. Samuel could be that No. 1 wide receiver of sorts, while Michael Pittman Jr. continues to find himself in the early stages of his pro career out of USC. More importantly, the Colts need to go for broke and at the very least, win the AFC South. 2014 was a very long time ago, and the division should be Indianapolis’ for the taking.
An unencumbered Ryan will play some of his best football in years, helping guide the Colts to a double-digit win season and a likely playoff appearance. Because of what Samuel can do with the ball in his hands, it will free up more passing lanes for Ryan to rifle the pigskin to, as the Colts will see just how good they can get this season. Of course, the Colts do play in the other conference…
Simply put, Indianapolis feels about one receiver short of making a deep run in the AFC playoffs.
