2. Marcus Williams, 2006, 2007, 2008 New Jersey Nets, 2009 Memphis Grizzlies

Marcus Williams played 16 Summer League games over four seasons, which is more games than he started in the NBA. In two of those seasons, Williams averaged eight assists, which is good for the fourth and fifth spots on the all-time summer list.

On top of being a remarkable playmaker, Williams could score 15 on any given night and dropped over 20 four times. In a 2009 game against the Thunder, he put up an all-time record of 17 assists in a win.

In the NBA, his per 36 minutes assist numbers sit at 6.7 a night. That’s not shabby by any means. While Williams was not a top-tier scorer, he did play well in four different summer seasons, and still holds records 13 years later, so that alone is enough to get him on the list, and his 10-6 overall record helps get him the number two spot.
