Cameron Smith is going to load up the Claret Jug with some beers and sees what happens.

Clearly, Cameron Smith likes to party, as illustrated by his epic plans with the Claret Jug.

After winning The 2022 Open Championship, Smith is letting his hairstyle pretty much do the talking for him. Business in the front, party in the back. Not since John Daly raised the Claret Jug has the golf world not been sure what is about to happen to its iconic trophy. The man has a plan, which involves putting as many ice-cold beers inside this celebratory vessel as humanly possible.

It is not every day you win The Open Championship, so here is to polishing off a couple tall boys.

Cameron Smith plans to put all of the beers inside of the Claret Jug to party

Not since Ron Swanson decided to banish Tammy I to another circle of hell in Pawnee, Indiana have we seen a man with a plan to conquer a jug as prolifically. Although he is not pounding illegal Hoosier moonshine, the kind you can’t find at Food ‘n Stuff to take care of the mules, you better believe Smith will be more lit than Swanson got pushing Snake Juice at The Snakehole Lounge.

Still somewhat sober at this point in time, Smith did the math and calculated the Claret Jug can hold about two beers inside of it. Thus, Smith expects to down about 20 Claret Jugs. He can go and get 40. He’s not going to a party, because wherever he’s at, he is the party! With more than 40 ounces to freedom on his docket, may Smith have the greatest skull-rattling hangover of his life.

If these epic party plans do not procure Smith an Alka-Seltzer sponsorship, then what is the point of playing golf professionally? Happy Gilmore used to be sponsored by Subway. John Daly, and John Daly II, have achieved god status with their loose affiliation with Hooters over the years. If a brewery is not calling up Smith’s agent about getting a deal done, he needs new representation.

May Smith enjoy every last succulent drop of the championship nectar flowing from the Claret Jug.
