Predictions for 1 first-time Pro Bowler on all 32 NFL teams
Houston Texans: Brandin Cooks, WR
Brandin Cooks is going into his ninth season at the NFL level, as he was a first-round pick of the New Orleans Saints back in 2014. Since then, Cooks has played for four teams, and in 2022, he will be entering his third full season with the Houston Texans.
Despite the team playing with a rookie quarterback in 2021, Cooks still produced, putting together his sixth 1,000-yard season in his last seven years. The Texans could be a very bad team once again in 2022, but Cooks is going to get his, and it is about time he is named a Pro Bowl player after racking up nearly 8,000 career receiving yards.
Indianapolis Colts: Bobby Okereke, LB
The Indianapolis Colts made Bobby Okereke a third-round pick out of Stanford back in the 2019 NFL Draft, and he has steadily improved from year to year. After starting only 16 games across his first two seasons, Okereke started all 17 games for the Colts in 2021 and put together by far the best season of his career.
Okereke ended his third season in the NFL with over 130 tackles, proving to be the kind of three-down linebacker that could be an anchor for this defense for years to come. Still very young, Okereke is just getting started, and showed some playmaking ability in 2021, nabbing two interceptions.
