Andrew Painter should be ranked among the Top 10 MLB prospects.

What more does Andrew Painter have to do to prove that he’s one of the top MLB prospects? The Philadelphia Phillies selected Painter in the first round of last year’s draft, and the right-hander has been utterly dominant in his 17 starts this season.

Painter owns a 1.19 ERA while pitching at both Low-A and High-A this season. The 19-year-old has 118 punch outs in 75.1 innings of work. Andrew Painter is rated as the 25th best prospect in the game, but he should be ranked in the Top 10.

Kyle Harrison should be ranked among the Top 10 MLB prospects.

The San Francisco Giants have one of the more underrated MLB prospects in the game. Former third-round pick Kyle Harrison is having himself quite the season, and it’s high-time the rest of the baseball world takes notice.

Harrison has a high velocity heater and a plus-slider. Both pitches have allowed the left-hander to record 153 strikeouts in jus 92.1 innings of work. That amounts to a 40.7 percent strikeout-rate. The southpaw is flat-out getting it done and should be rated higher than 22nd among all MLB prospects.
