5 biggest snubs from AP College Football Preseason All-American team

Mazi Smith will be the Mazzy Star to fade into you and your bad opinions, man
Just when you thought the defensive line beef meat of the Michigan Wolverines was gonna step aside for one hot minute, enter Mazi Smith. If The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman deems him to be a freak, then you better listen up, Dawg. Michigan may not be as good as it was a year ago, but the Wolverines are ferocious and Hugh Jackman better watch out. No milk was harmed, thankfully…
As with Mazzy Star’s lone smash hit, Smith is gonna put you to sleep, Big Ten quarterbacks, as the turf begins to fade into you. They better thank their lucky stars Aidan Hutchinson and David Ojabo decided to go pro in something called sports because Smith’s rise to prominence in the Michigan program cannot be overstated. The fact he did not make either preseason team is cringeworthy.
As with any Jim Harbaugh related, we will power through the awkwardness to achieve greatness.
C.J. Stroud is No. 1 in NFL scouts’ eyes and will be better than Bryce Young fo’ sho
Who cares if Bryce Young won the Heisman Trophy? C.J. Stroud is better than him, man. There, I said it. Unlike Young, Stroud does need to stand on a phonebook to be the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft. All Stroud has to do is sling the pill in Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s direction to see if he can break all the records Joe Burrow wrote three years ago. Ohio State’s offense will be something else, alright.
Even though the AP was kind enough to name Stroud on the second team, “If you ain’t first, you’re last!” Coming at you like a dang spider monkey, Chip, Stroud is going to do everything in his power to ensure himself he wins the Heisman Trophy, the national championship and be the next starting quarterback of … the Atlanta Falcons! I hope Desmond Ridder works out, but C.J. is the man, man!
Stroud should find a printer, print out the AP first team and hang it on the fridge in his apartment.
