10 WR sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 1

4. Week 1 Fantasy Football WR sleepers: Jalen Tolbert, Dallas Cowboys
Rostered: 26.4%
In 2021, the Cowboys were tied for second in the NFL in passing yards (4,800) and third in passing touchdowns (40).
Amari Cooper is now in Cleveland, and Michael Gallup has been ruled out for Week 1.
2022 third-round pick Jalen Tolbert now has a clear path to be the second wide receiver in Dallas’s high-powered passing attack.
He is a high upside option in a potential shootout game against the Buccaneers.
3. Week 1 Fantasy Football WR sleepers: Kenny Golladay, New York Giants
Rostered: 39.5%
In 2019, Kenny Golladay had 65 receptions for 1,190 yards and 11 touchdowns for the Detroit Lions. So, expectations were high, when he signed with the Giants in the 2021 offseason.
However, Golladay had 37 receptions for 521 yards and zero touchdowns in 14 games last season.
Golladay was clearly not himself, and some of that may be health-related. He has dealt with injuries over the last two years, and this offseason, he underwent an unspecified procedure.
For fantasy owners, Golladay is worth a flier given his prior production. If he is fully healthy, he could return to elite form.
This week, he has an enticing matchup against the Tennessee Titans, who allowed the second-most receiving yards in the league last season.
