Fantasy football running back sleepers for week 3: Darrell Henderson, Los Angeles Rams

One of the biggest surprises in fantasy football this year has been the emergence of Darrell Henderson as the Rams’ starter over Cam Akers. Many were touting Akers as a breakout RB1 this year, though coming off the Achilles injury has made things tough for him. It’s been Henderson who has led the way, rushing 23 times for 94 yards and a touchdown.

He will likely lead the backfield again against a Cardinals defense who have been very average against the run. He’s a startable RB2 just based on volume alone.

Fantasy football running back sleepers for week 3: James Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars

James Robinson has yet again been a fantasy football value, leading the Jacksonville backfield even as second-year runner Travis Etienne Jr. is healthy. He’s rushed 34 yards for 130 yards and scored three total touchdowns. His 17 carries per game average is elite.

Though the Jags are playing a tough Chargers defense in Week 3, it doesn’t matter with Robinson. If he hasn’t been in your starting lineup, it’s time. He’s hardly a sleeper anymore. This was more of a P.S.A. to let you know that he’s a weekly RB2.
