NBA Season Preview 2022-23: Every team’s current longest-tenured player

Indiana Pacers: Myles Turner, 7 years
The No. 11 pick in the 2015 draft, Myles Turner is not only the lone current Pacer that played alongside Paul George, but he’s also the only one who was a part of the 2017-18 surprise Pacers that pushed the Cavs to seven games in the first round.
If it seems like Myles Turner has been on the trading block for almost the entirety of the seven years he’s been on the Pacers, it’s because he has. Turner even acknowledged this very elephant in the room in a recent Andscape first-person article, saying that it’s his fifth season with trade rumors going on and that he’s finally numb to it.
Turner is entering the final year of his current contract.
