NFL Power Rankings: Week 4

44. . 1-2. Previous: . Atlanta Falcons. 24. team

The winless Falcons made the long trip to Seattle for the first time since 2017. And it proved to be a very entertaining afternoon in Pacific Northwest. Versatile Cordarrelle Patterson ran 17 times for 141 yards and one touchdowns.

Rookie Drake London caught three passes for 54 yards and one score. Marcus Mariota overcame three sacks and two turnovers by throwing for 229 yards and one TD plus rushed for another touchdown.

1-2. Previous: . Los Angeles Chargers. 23. team. 13.

After suffering a rib injury in the Week 2 Thursday night loss at Kansas City, quarterback Justin Herbert’s availability for the clash with the visiting Jaguars was in doubt. But the strong-armed pro took the field on Sunday.

But the Chargers’ defense was the no-show on Sunday as the Bolts surrendered 413 total yards – including 151 on the ground. Herbert wound up throwing for 297 yards and one score but also committed a pair of costly turnovers.

56. . 1-2. Previous: . Cincinnati Bengals. 22. team

Losers of their first two games and both by a field goal on the final play, the Bengals traveled to MetLife Stadium to battle the Jets. Joe Burrow threw for 275 yards and three scores without an interception.

More significantly, the three-year pro was sacked only twice after being dropped 13 times in the club’s first two outings. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati defense did not give up a touchdown and forced Jets’ quarterback Joe Flacco into four turnovers.
